Unacceptable for consultants (doctor) to take place in a room designated for treatment. Another issue is using the room as a patient waiting room for other things. For patients to have a free dialogue with their doctor shouldn't be compromised and feel that I shouldn't have to even point it out. When already in the room and be asked if it was okay isn't appropriate as it's difficult to say 'no'

Too noisy at night - asked questions:- Not answered just got blank face no response. Horrendous experience came out feeling worse. Not a very good experience instead of caring about paperwork. How about caring for the patients!!
